Lorianne Hall

Founder of Bonne Idée Media, Lorianne Hall is a prominent international entertainment executive and producer in the global film industry. Over the course of her 25-year career she has developed projects for New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Warner Bros. and has developed over 150 projects in 5 different territories. As a European Acquisitions Executive, she acquired over 200 film & TV titles for international distribution throughout Europe and The Middle East.

Miss Hall is also a consultant for The European Commission – Creative Europe/MEDIA fund and has consulted for various European film funds including The Malta Film Commission, The Doha Film Institute, The British Council, The Irish Film Board/Film Ireland and The Red Sea Film Festival. She is a Senior Lecturer in film and television at The University of York and is Programme Leader for the University’s MA Producing Programme. She is also a frequent commentator/critic for BBC Radio offering opinion and reviews for film and television content.
