Thalia Saleh is an award-winning filmmaker of Lebanese heritage with a background in Film and Television Production and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence for the Creative Industries. Based between the UK and Dubai, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work and speaks Arabic, English, French, and Italian.
At Bonne Idée Media, she serves as both Associate Producer and Head of AI Development, where she combines her creative eye with a deep interest in emerging technologies.Passionate about both producing and directing, Thalia is particularly focused on how innovation can enhance the storytelling process. She directed an award-winning short documentary and has worked on immersive experiences, including a virtual reality musical set in the Metaverse, where she explored new forms of narrative and audience engagement.
Her current research centers on the ethical and practical use of AI in both pre-production and production, for films and documentaries. With an eye towards innovation and the future of the media industry, Thalia brings a forward-thinking yet grounded perspective to every project she takes on.
